Michelle
Michelle is more compassionate and understanding than the other scouts. Her and Amy are a lot alike, though Michelle tends to be less of an anal perfectionist, that is probably why Amy looks up to her.
Sailor Neptune
I haven't seen Sailor Neptune show any out standish qualities. Except that she cares more for the scouts, when they've become victim of heart crystal stealers, than Sailor Uranus.
